These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.voltiro.com (the “Website”) and any purchase, quote request, or business dealing made through it.

Voltiro is a B2B electronics component distributor. We source and supply microcontrollers, semiconductors, sensors, wireless modules, relays, displays, PMICs, discrete components, memory, inductors, crystals, and other passive and active electronic components to OEMs, design engineers, procurement teams, and businesses with bulk or BOM (Bill of Materials) requirements.

Individual hobbyist purchases may also be accepted at our discretion, subject to these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Website.
• Business customers registering an account must provide accurate company details, including a valid GSTIN where applicable for Indian entities, or the equivalent tax registration for international buyers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
• Voltiro reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

• Placing an Order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which Voltiro may accept or decline.
• An Order is only confirmed once Voltiro issues an order confirmation or invoice.
• Voltiro reserves the right to cancel or modify an Order prior to confirmation, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• For bulk or business accounts, purchase orders (POs) may be accepted through email or other agreed channels in addition to the Website checkout flow.

6. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout and may include bank transfer, UPI, card payments, or approved credit terms for verified business accounts.
• Full payment (or the agreed advance, for custom or bulk orders) is generally required before dispatch, unless a credit arrangement has been separately agreed in writing.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines shown on the Website or quoted at Order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
• Voltiro is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• International shipping, where offered, may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or documentation requirements, which are the Customer’s responsibility.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate [Refund and Return Policy], which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Certain categories of Products, including custom-sourced, special-order, and non-catalog items, may be Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) as indicated at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltiro’s total liability arising out of or relating to any Order or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Order.

Voltiro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of production, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use or performance of Products purchased through the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Voltiro Electronics Pvt Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
